I authorize Smithsonian Institution use of photographs of volcanoes taken by me and donated to the Smithsonian Institution's Global Volcanism Program, and use of such images in CD-ROM, world-wide web, and other educational outreach products and activities of the Smithsonian.
I warrant that I am the sole owner of the copyright for the photographs of volcanoes donated to the Smithsonian and that I have the sole authority to grant the rights granted herein. In the event that I am not the sole owner of the copyright or if the rights have previously been transferred to another entity, I have notified the Smithsonian of all such other permissions that are required by listing them below.
Copyright ownership and other use rights remain with the photographer and/or their institution.
